Gas Sportsman

The Gas Sportsman class is for all racers under the age of 12 and the inexperienced drivers who want to run gas RC. Any racer who meets one or both requirements will automatically be placed into this class until proper skill and driving style has been exhibited. Management will evaluate a Sportsman racer and notify him or her when they are eligible to race another class. It is our hope that this class will enable racers to have fun and develop their skills to a competitive and smooth level. A laps and lap-time limit will be established in the class in May of the season. Any Sportsman driver going over the lap limit will be disqualified from that race. Any driver turning two laps in one race below the lap-time limit will also be disqualified.
